Lackawanna County ATV Public Survey
Lackawanna County in conjunction with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is conducting an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Feasibility Study to assess the feasibility of utilizing local lands for motorized forms of recreational pursuits. As part of the public outreach, we want to hear your thoughts on a potential ATV facility or trail system within Lackawanna County and the impacts it would have on the community.
