Substance Abuse / Mental Health Specialist - County Prison

This is a professional level position responsible to provide behavioral health services within the Lackawanna County Prison to assure that inmates with mental illness, substance abuse disorder, and other cognitive and developmental disabilities receive person centered care and access to counseling, support, medical and psychiatric care while incarcerated, and coordinated support for re-entry to the community.
