The Lackawanna County Performing Arts Center Authority is appointed by the Board of Commissioners. Members serve staggered five-year terms and oversees the County-owned Pavilion at Montage Mountain.

The Lackawanna County Performing Arts Center Authority is made up of five individuals, appointed by the Lackawanna County Board of Commissioners. There is one (1) expired term currently on the Board; the existing board is:

Meetings
The Lackawanna County Performing Arts Center Authority meets the first Wednesday of each month at 10:15 a.m. in the Boards and Authorities Conference Room on the fifth floor of the Lackawanna County Government Center, 123 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton, PA. The schedule is as follows:
