The Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority are appointed by the Board of Commissioners.

The Lackawanna River Basin Sewer Authority meets at 6:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month at the LRBSA Office Conference Room, Rear 145 Boulevard Avenue, Throop, PA. The public is invited to attend. The schedule is as follows:
