NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a fair and open process The Lackawanna County Commissioners are requesting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Broadband Outdoor Fiber Connections. Work shall include the following buildings; Lackawanna County Government Center, Lackawanna County Center for Public Safety, Lackawanna County Prison, Lackawanna County Criminal Justice Center, Lackawanna County Courthouse, Lackawanna County Gateway Center, the Scranton Police Department, the Scranton Public Library, the University of Scranton, and the Marketplace at Steamtown Mall.
