Scranton, PA – Lackawanna County is sponsoring a logo design competition for ARTS Engage!, a county youth arts initiative. ARTS Engage! is a partnership between the Lackawanna County Arts and Culture Department and Lackawanna County Children and Youth Services. The program supports public arts programs for K-12 students to help foster positive skills through the arts.

To enter the contest, artists must be a resident of Lackawanna County and be high school age or older. Applications are available at www.lackawannacounty.org, or contact artsengage@gmail.com or call 570-963-6590 x106 to request an application.
